The kit honors FC Dallas’ legacy of launching MLS. This design showcases the colors blue and red in a way that evokes old FC Dallas designs while utilizing a modern interpretation of the hoop motif. It proudly features the Texas state flag on the jersey’s neckline. The LH patch was moved to the top of the jersey’s front hem. This symbol placement is to honor Lamar Hunt’s legacy, not only as a founding member but also of FC Dallas. The foundation is his legacy, both today and tomorrow. In the drop hem, you will find the Founding Club Mark of Nine Silver Stars that was placed on the Legacy Jersey. This jersey is a legacy of MLS’s founding clubs. It is not available on authentic jerseys for these nine clubs.
